We live in some pretty crazy times, my friends.

I believe slowing down is a key to finding a way to collectively surf our way through the challenges facing humanity.

Slowing down helps me respond in conscious constructive ways.

I believe taking the time to take care of what I need, will allow me the capacity to help hold space for others.

Holding space is difficult for strangers because even as human beings are wired for connection we evolved surrounded by predators in a hungry world, so there is a fear of others that are different.

I believe there is a path to peace for each person to discover for themselves.

Human speed happens in the space each individual is allowed to be themselves in.
